Every product is handmade so please allow 5-8 days for production before shipment. We ship with HP (Hrvatska pošta) via the priority package.

There are no returns. In case your order arrived broken, please contact us via email (neez.hr@gmail.com) and we will send you a new product. However, we can guarantee the quality of our products :)
