There are no returns. In case your order arrived broken, please contact us via email (neez.hr@gmail.com) and we will send you a new product. However, we can guarantee the quality of our products :)
We love to repost the pictures you take with your neez product on our Instagram page!
If you want to get reposted on our Instagram feed, send your pictures to our email neez.hr@gmail.com with details such as your name and Instagram username. You can send multiple pictures.
Want personalized order?
Every neez product can be personalized! The price is the same.
If you want to have your initials, name, date, or any other text on the product, just write in the comment section during the purchase on which product you would like text and what the text would be.
Also, if the order is for someone else, write their name in comment section so we can also personalize the box.
In case your order is a gift for special occasion, such as birthday, feel free to let us know what you'd like us to write on the greeting card.
